How can SSB assessors judge people so quickly ?
I have been an assessor & been often overwhelmed by the immense responsibility of the job. The power to pronounce judgment on a person is a big responsibility, particularly when there is no room for appeal on the assessment.
We are of course human & prone to err. We try to do our job to the best of our abilities.
Since there are 3 assessors the scope for errors overall gets reduced. Errors, however, do take place. I have some students who should have been selected but were not. I have served under some Generals, who in my view, should not have even been selected!
